Since 1987, MMI has provided superior service to landlords throughout Central Maryland. Our managers visit each property twice annually providing phot0 reports to owners. Our accounting generates monthly financials and handles many transactions electronically, including owner proceeds payments. Most importantly, MMI, together with its sister company, Market Ready, Inc., is prepared to respond to any type of maintenance call from a broken doorknob to a vacancy turnover to a fire or major catastrophe–24/7/365 your property is being cared-for by caring people.

MMI is working toward becoming PaperLess through the use of this website and other tools that will not only use less paper, but help improve communications and generate faster responses to inquiries and maintenance requests.
