We provide management services for both rental properties and community associations. We strive to deliver our services in ways that not only respect our clients’ properties, but the environment as well.
Since 1987, MMI has provided superior service to landlords throughout Central Maryland. Our managers visit each property twice annually providing photo reports to owners. Our accounting department generates monthly financials and handles many transactions electronically, including owner proceeds payments and automatic rent debits. Most importantly, MMI, together with its sister company, Market Ready, Inc., is prepared to respond to any type of maintenance call from a broken doorknob to a vacancy turnover to a fire or major catastrophe–24/7/365 your property is being cared-for by caring people.

Our office is open and staffed by administrative personnel Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Office hours may be extended to include evenings and weekends, but only sales/rental staff will be present during those extended hours. We are closed on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 11:30 for staff meetings.
