Through education, we bring Integrity & Accountability to our team, our clients, our peers in the industry and to the board members in the communities we manage.  We are active in the local Realtor Associations and the Community Associations Institute where we teach and we participate in committees for the betterment of the industry.  Our managers are highly trained using an MMI developed formal training program.  Majerle was the founder of the Real Estate Investors Society, a local membership organization dedicated to teaching real estate investors profitable, yet legal and ethical ways to engage in the business of real estate investment.  He remains an active partner in the organization.
