Rental Management Department
Since 1987, MMI has provided superior service to landlords throughout Central Maryland. Our managers visit each property twice annually providing photo reports to owners. Our accounting department generates monthly financials and handles many transactions electronically, including owner proceeds payments and automatic rent debits. Most importantly, MMI, together with its sister company, Market Ready, Inc., is prepared to respond to any type of maintenance call from a broken doorknob to a vacancy turnover to a fire or major catastrophe–24/7/365 your property is being cared-for by caring people.
Our services include vacancy marketing, pricing assistance, applicant screening, rent collection/initiating the legal process, property visits, maintenance management, license renewal administration and lead paint administration and more.
We are frequently asked whether we handle individual houses or rental condos as opposed to apartment buildings. The answer is, yes. We have been managing individual rental units since we opened for business in 1987.
In this section, there will be information for those renting from MMI as well as those using MMI to manage their homes, now or in the future. There is even some information for agents considering affiliating with MMI or those who may wish to establish a client referral arrangement with us.
