This section of our website is devoted to helping you obtain information and services from MMI.  As always, feel free to phone our office during business hours for any type of assistance. 

If you have a maintenance emergency, call 301-220-1850, our regular number.  If the voicemail system answers, dial 31 and leave your message.  Someone will be paged immediately and you will receive a call back—whether day or night.  Be sure to leave a phone number where you can be reached and a brief description of your problem. 

In this section, there will be information for those renting from MMI as well as those using MMI to manage their homes, now or in the future. There is even some information for agents considering affiliating with MMI or those who may wish to establish a client referral arrangement with us.  As always, we are most willing to talk to you on the phone or to communicate by email.
