Maryland Law does not require property management firms or managers to have any kind of license. MMI is a licensed brokerage and all of our rental managers and leasing agents are licensed. We are REALTORS® and we subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
Although we are REALTORS®, our specialty is property management. As you view the information on this site relevant to our rental management program, you will see that we offer the most extensive level of service in the region. At MMI, we like to refer to ourselves as “Your Relationship Realtor®,” because we can help you acquire rental property, find and screen tenants, collect the rent and administer repairs and, in the end, help you dispose of the property–one firm, one person all the way.
