Order Repairs
MMI provides 24/7/365 repairs. You may phone the office or sumbit an online request, either of which can be used in the event of an emergency. When calling, be sure to follow the directions for emergency and non-emergency responses (and please do not report conditions as an emergency unless there is water leakage, electrical problems, heat/air conditioning problems or property damage). Of course, if the problem is fire or a gas leak, you should call 911 followed by management.
